Susan Maugeri is the Chief of Staff at Prosperity Capital Advisors. In her role, she leads firmwide initiatives by helping teams stay aligned around shared priorities, clear communication, and meaningful progress. Her approach is grounded in the belief that strong organizations are built on trust, connection, and a genuine commitment to serving clients well.

Education & Experience

With more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Susan has worked across some of the industry’s most complex and evolving areas, including investment operations, fixed income research, strategic platform development, and large-scale organizational change management. Drawing on experience from both the operational and strategic sides of the business, she helps teams and organizations grow with intention while staying aligned around shared goals and values.

Susan is a proud graduate of Rutgers University-New Brunswick. She lives in Colts Neck, New Jersey, with her husband of 20 years and their twin teenage boys. Passionate about family, faith, and the power of community, Susan enjoys football Sundays, searching for the best slice of pizza, sharing stories over a good glass of wine, and relaxing at the beach.
