Rob LaCivita is the Head of Advisor Success at Prosperity Capital Advisors, where he plays a central role in supporting the firm’s continued growth and helping advisors thrive within Prosperity’s nationwide platform. In his role, Rob leads advisor integration and transition operations, helping ensure new advisors and teams experience a seamless onboarding process that positions them for long-term success. He also oversees the firm’s events team, helping create educational experiences, collaborative environments, and meaningful connections across the Prosperity community.

With more than 20 years of experience across the financial services and real estate industries, Rob brings a holistic, client-centered perspective to wealth management. He is passionate about helping advisors and firms deliver coordinated planning experiences that align financial planning, tax strategy, retirement planning, and legacy considerations into one cohesive approach designed to help clients optimize income, manage tax exposure, and protect and grow their assets over time.

Education, Experience, and Perspective

Rob earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He later continued his education at Cleveland State University College of Law, where he received his juris doctor.

His combined legal and financial background gives him a unique perspective on comprehensive planning and operational strategy, helping bridge the gap between technical expertise and practical execution.

Family, Travel, and Ohio Roots

Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Rob now lives in Avon with his wife, Maureen, and their two children.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys traveling and cheering on Ohio State athletics and Cleveland sports teams.
