Jennifer Schell is the Chief Technology Officer at Prosperity Capital Advisors, leading the technology vision and strategy that powers the firm’s advisory platform and client experiences. With a deep background in computer science, business, and software engineering, Jennifer brings technical excellence, entrepreneurial experience, and strategic business acumen to drive innovation across the enterprise.

Prior to joining Prosperity Capital Advisors, Jennifer founded and served as Chief Technology Officer and lead software engineer at IncubatePRO, a software development company where she oversaw technical operations, led development teams, and delivered high-impact software solutions for a diverse client base. Her experience building and scaling technology operations has equipped her with practical insights into the challenges of growth and the importance of strong technical infrastructure.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Business from NYU.  Her unique combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and business strategy positions her to bridge the gap between complex technology solutions and their real-world impact on client outcomes and advisor productivity.

Jennifer and her husband live in New Jersey and stay active with their three sons and two black labrador retrievers.
