
Drew Serzan, CLTC
Andrew “Drew” Serzan is a Partner and Senior Wealth Manager at Prosperity Capital Advisors. Over the past two decades, he has built his career in the financial services and insurance planning industry by fostering long-term relationships with his clients and fellow professionals. Drew is passionate about working with individuals and businesses in the areas of life insurance, comprehensive financial planning for retirement, and asset transfer and preservation as part of a holistic plan.
In addition to graduating from New Jersey City University (NJCU) with a bachelor of arts in business management, he has professional certifications in long-term care planning (CLTC®).
He specializes in designing and overseeing sophisticated insurance strategies for high-income and high-net-worth clientele, including celebrities and professional athletes whose earnings can be extremely volatile. As a result, he works diligently to help them understand the decisions and opportunities presented by their unique situations. By working closely with his high-net-worth clientele and their teams of advisors, he helps ensure efficient and effective lifelong wealth transfer and cash flow protection throughout their lifetimes.
Drew previously served as a councilman for the Nationwide Agent Advisory Board, an elite team of advisors from across the country elected by fellow agents. He has also been involved in regional and national speaking engagements for various organizations on a wide range of financial and insurance matters.
In his free time, Drew enjoys traveling, cooking, following his favorite sports teams, and coaching kids’ baseball, basketball, and flag football. He resides with his family and three children in Colts Neck, New Jersey.
