Dave Alison is Chief Operating Officer and Founding Partner of C2P Enterprises, the holding company for Clarity 2 Prosperity, a financial training, coaching and IP development organization; Prosperity Capital Advisors, SEC registered investment adviser (RIA); Clarity Insurance Marketing, fiduciary-friendly insurance marketing organization (IMO); and Valor Capital Management a registered investment adviser operating as a Turnkey Asset Management Program (TAMP) and a fund strategist.

As President of Prosperity Capital Advisors, Dave provides strategic leadership to the organization, co-chairing the Investment Committee and leading the comprehensive financial and tax planning team and resources. Dave is responsible for Investment Platform Development and Execution as well as Advisor and Client Experience – including operations, investment management, technology, and advisor development.

In addition to his roles within C2P Enterprises, Dave’s capabilities to engineer advanced financial, tax, investment, insurance and estate planning needs into one holistic plan led him to founding Alison Wealth Management, based in Silicon Valley, but serving clients across the United States virtually. Dave is engaged across all aspects of the enterprise, with a day-to-day focus on driving the company’s key growth initiatives, directing the overall corporate strategy, and leading the executive team of the enterprise. Dave has a truly unique ability to take a vision and turn it into reality. As Jason Smith would say, “I make it up, and Dave makes it real.”
