Matt Seitz Recognized as Chief Marketing Officer of the Year Finalist and Dave Alison Named Innovator of the Year Finalist
CLEVELAND, Ohio — June 11, 2026 — Prosperity Capital Advisors, a registered investment advisor dedicated to helping advisors and clients navigate financial complexity through holistic wealth management, announced that two members of its leadership team have been named finalists in the 2026 Wealth Management Industry Awards.
Matt Seitz, Chief Marketing Officer and Partner, was named a finalist for Chief Marketing Officer of the Year, while Dave Alison, President of Wealth Management and Partner, was named a finalist for Innovator of the Year.
The Wealth Management Industry Awards, or “Wealthies,” recognize outstanding organizations and professionals across the financial services industry who are driving innovation, leadership, and client impact.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Seitz leads Prosperity’s marketing, branding, and business development initiatives to connect more clients with advisors to serve them better. Over the past 18 months, he has spearheaded several high-impact growth initiatives, including the launch of advisor education programs, scalable marketing systems, and thought leadership campaigns designed to get even closer to Prosperity’s goal of serving one billion people nationwide with truly holistic wealth management.
Among those efforts was Prosperity’s rapid-response educational campaign surrounding major tax legislation, which provided clients with timely communication, education, and advisors with practical planning resources and training, all within weeks of the legislation’s passage.
“I’ve always believed marketing should do more than generate awareness—it should create meaningful opportunities for advisors to grow, communicate their value, and better serve their clients,” said Seitz. “I’m honored to be recognized alongside so many talented professionals who are helping shape the future of our industry.”
Alison’s Innovator of the Year nomination recognizes his work developing educational resources as well as scalable systems and planning frameworks that help advisors deliver holistic wealth management at a higher level. As the creator of Prosperity’s Five Pillars of Holistic Wealth Management and Tax Management Journey® methodologies, Alison has helped advisors integrate financial planning, tax management, asset management, protection planning, and legacy planning into a more coordinated client experience.
His leadership in developing Prosperity’s advisor education resources related to major tax legislation further demonstrated the firm’s commitment to turning complex planning topics into actionable advisor solutions.
“Innovation is ultimately about helping advisors create better outcomes for the people they serve,” said Alison. “This recognition reflects the collective efforts of our entire team and our ongoing commitment to providing advisors with practical tools, education, and planning strategies they can put into action immediately.”
The finalists will be recognized as part of the 2026 Wealth Management Industry Awards program later this year.

Award Methodology
The Wealth Management Industry Awards are independently granted in recognition of business initiatives that enhance financial advisor success and help advisors create better outcomes for their clients. The program begins with an open nomination process for all categories which extends from February to May. Firms submit business initiatives either introduced or enhanced during the previous 18 months. Submissions are reviewed in June by a panel of independent judges with required industry expertise, looking at the submission’s innovation, scope and impact. From the pool of submissions, judges select finalists for each category. Each judge on the committee then ranks those finalists, with the weighted aggregate ranking determining the winner. Winners are announced in September. No financial compensation is paid for consideration in the award process. Judges’ decisions are made independent of any firm’s business relationships with Informa Plc. Judges recuse themselves from the process from selecting finalists or winners for any category where the conflict exists. Recognition should not be construed as an endorsement, nor is it indicative of future performance or client satisfaction. (June 2026)
