He's passionate about sharing this business model with other advisors through The Rainmaker Multiplier Model & Process, and authored a book on the model's development that launched in Spring 2024. Jason joined his father's insurance agency in 1995 before launching his own practice, and now trains advisors nationwide through live events, webinars, and coaching. He and his wife, Holly, have a daughter, Jordan, and two sets of twins, and he enjoys reading, grilling, yoga, and the outdoors.
