Nick Ryan

VP of Business Development

Nick Ryan is the vice president of business development at Valor Capital Management, Clarity 2 Prosperity and Prosperity Capital Advisors. In this role, Nick works with advisors to help them develop the skills that lead to a successful practice and as a recruiter of new advisors for the companies. Utilizing his past experience working with some of the largest producers in the country he is a vital resource, providing indispensable information for every facet of an advisor’s practice, from sales practices and marketing to practice management and succession planning.

After serving multiple tours with the United States Army and U.S. State Department in Iraq and Afghanistan, Nick joined the financial services industry in 2013 and immediately made a large impact at one of fastest growing FMO’s in the country. Over the next five years, Nick would recruit, train, and work with some of the top advisors in the country as his FMO became one of the largest in the nation. Starting from scratch, Nick developed and grew a book of business to well over $200 million in annual annuity production. Having taken that group of advisors to an elite level of production, Nick joined C2P in 2018. Using Clarity to Prosperity’s unmatched resources and training, he is now helping advisors take the next step in becoming Holistic Financial Planners as well as increasing client services and overall profitability, and succession planning.

Nick currently resides in Avon Lake, Ohio, and enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and three daughters; Katelynn, Mikayla, and Irelynd. He is also an avid golfer, and has a passion for traveling, with a goal of visiting 100 countries in his lifetime.
